This is a building with many possibilities and large interior spaces that can be distributed according to convenience. It is ideal for making a project a reality, whether the intention is a single-family home or if the idea is to convert it into a rural business.

The farmhouse has a rectangular plan, oriented from southeast to northwest, and consists of a lower floor, a ground floor and an upper floor, with a secondary volume of two floors. All floors are connected to each other by a staircase built with exposed brick, following the traditional Catalan system of arches and vaults. The property has two entrances: the main one, which allows access to the ground floor, and the secondary one, located on the lower floor.

From the main entrance you reach an impressive double-space room, where the gabled roof with wooden beams and ceramic elements stands out. Next to this room we find a distributor that leads us to three rooms, one of which has a porch. On the lower floor, on either side of the hall, there are two rooms, one of them with a gallery. Next, we find a distributor that leads us to a large room with a cellar. The upper floor, also with a large distributor, has three rooms, one with a balcony and another with a porch. The outdoor space, surrounded by an environment of landscape interest, is mostly flat.

In 2005, the entire roof, the exterior facades, the interior structure of the walls and the interior staircase were rehabilitated, achieving that it is currently in good condition after the improvements. The building also presents architectural elements of interest, such as buttresses, stone frames on the windows, interior stone arches, ceramic ceilings with Catalan vaults.
